   • Has The Result Of The Potential Gap Analysis – Budget v Outcome In Cost Terms Been Completed?
   • On Closeout – Record Project Performance – Continuous Improvement Performance Review
   • Collate Contract Information And Re-Allocate To Project  Department Database For Efficiency Factoring.
